fan of the project (although not personally invested) and really like the prospect of metaverse land renting as a potential alternate income stream for the DAO…
and that the land is fungible in a tiered sense, which should push more liquidity and volume.
Seeding the vault would be the biggest downside/obstacle faced if this were pursued, I imagine.
